Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. saffron threads, divided (Order Here)
- 2 cups rolled oats gluten-free
- 2 tbsp. hot water
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup + 1 tbsp unsweetened almond milk, divided
- ½ tsp. cardamom powder
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- 2 tsp sliced almonds
- Maple syrup (optional)
Instruction
- In a bowl or cup, mix hot water and saffron threads, and allow to soak. Set aside one tablespoon.
- In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, cardam water, and saffron water. Add maple syrup if you'd like. Microwave for two to three minutes.om powder, nutmeg,
- Add the remaining saffron threads, the saved saffron water, the remaining almond milk, and the sliced almonds to the mixture with a spoon.
