Ingredients
- 8 saffron thread (Order Here)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp semolina
- 1 â…” cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 pinch ground cardamom
- ÂĽ cup almonds (roughly chopped)
- ÂĽ cup pistachio (roughly chopped)
Instruction
- Combine the milk, semolina, cardamom, and saffron with the ground almonds.
- In a saucepan, melt the ghee, then add the almond-milk mixture and bring it to a boil, stirring constantly. Then, while stirring continuously, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the sugar and cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, or until a thick cream forms. Stir occasionally.
- Pour into dessert bowls and top with chopped almonds and pistachios.
